I agree with you, Ashok. The law was created to protect and uplift one section of society, and that was much needed.

But now, sadly, the same law is being misused and is harming many innocent people.

A few days ago, during a training, I realized that even the POSH Act in workplaces is designed only to protect women.

That made me wonder, what about men in the workforce?

I have seen and heard real stories of men suffering in silence, some even dying under pressure.

Why is there nothing to protect them?

I want a equal and balanced society and nothing else. Laws should support the truth, not be biased by gender.
