I totally agree, and it's really common.

Instead of supporting each other's growth and learning from past achievements, people often get jealous. If only we could all focus on growing together rather than trying to dominate or suppress others.

I have been through this myself in my startup days, and it was really tough and painful to see founders gobbling all your hardwork. But here we are growing in our lives and someday the shit will be thrown out of the window.
