Plan 2026: With all the uncertainties in this world, making this work would be one of the greatest accomplishment of my life.
The journey of life is a rollercoaster ride, filled with ups and downs, surprises, and unexpected turns. Looking back, I can’t help but feel grateful for every twist and turn that brought me to where I am today. This is my story, a tale of dreams, aspirations, and the relentless pursuit of purpose.
Early Life: A Foundation of Resilience
From my early childhood, I was fortunate to witness the struggles that would eventually shape my character. My parents made many sacrifices and all possible attempts to ensure that I could get an education, and my aunt took on the responsibility of providing me with a proper learning environment. Their unwavering support instilled in me a deep sense of gratitude and a strong work ethic that would guide me through life.
The Dream Takes Flight: My IAF Journey
My journey towards realizing my dream of joining the Indian Air Force (IAF) has been marked by dedication, unwavering commitment, and unforeseen challenges. I embarked on this path during the second year of my master’s degree, giving my all to make my dream a reality. Passing the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) was just the beginning. Following a rigorous selection process, including written tests, Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) round and a demanding 4-day medical examination, I was elated to be selected along with a select few.
Then, the unexpected happened. The pandemic struck, colleges closed, and my final semester Master’s exams were postponed. The wait to see my name on the final merit list seemed endless. But in August 2020, I finally received the confirmation that I had been selected.
My entrance into the Air Force Academy was a moment of fulfillment and hope. I was thrilled, believing the path ahead was straight and secure. However, life had other plans. Unexpected circumstances led to the closure of my burgeoning career in defense even though the major part of my training was done. This is an event in my life that I would like to share maybe some other time. Despite the disappointment, I remain grateful for the invaluable experiences and relationships formed during my time in the service.
Startup Hustle: The Birth of Caliche
My transition led me to the world of startups, where I joined “Caliche.” Since January 2022, I’ve been part of this remarkable journey, contributing to the company’s growth and development as an Operations Manager. Building this enterprise has been a challenging but rewarding experience, and we’ve achieved remarkable success together with the founders and the team. Valued at over 100 Crores, Caliche has a promising future. I am satisfied and happy that I had a major role to play in Caliche’s growth trajectory.
We’ve built a strong team, established a robust research and development model, and implemented efficient processes. But the journey isn’t over; we’re committed to continuous growth and expansion, embracing every opportunity for learning and improvement.
On a personal note, I’ve poured my heart and soul into this company and hold high hopes for its future growth.

Life has taken me on a roller-coaster ride of highs and lows, each experience shaping me in unique ways. It has taught me humility, empathy, and the importance of considering others’ perspectives. Amidst it all, I’ve gained clarity about my ultimate purpose - serving in the Indian defense forces. I had meticulously planned, set a roadmap, and executed it.
However, I find myself on a new journey, seeking a different purpose, a new dream, one that involves making a significant impact and bringing about change in people’s lives. My vision now revolves around my village.

My current dream is to build my startup, a goal that I’ll pursue with unwavering determination. I understand that it won’t be easy, but I’m committed to the journey. Sharing my aspirations here amplifies my determination, as I look to make a lasting impact and create positive change in the lives of many. My goal for 2026 centers on the heart of my village, where I aim to build a business that will be remembered for the transformation it brings.
I’m well aware that this path is unconventional, and the roadmap isn’t entirely clear, but I’m resolute in my quest to establish a successful business, to create positive change, and to be remembered for the difference I make.
