You have highlighted such an important issue, Pallabi. A lot still needs to be done to build a more equal and balanced society, and perhaps it truly begins with each one of us.

After moving to my village, I have witnessed many of these inequalities firsthand. Ever since, I have been trying to challenge societal norms and mindsets, and I can honestly say, it is not easy.

But conversations like this give me hope.
