You will see the same nuisance everywhere.

And I am sure you would have seen this in the museum too. There you will see a security guard standing next to an ancient sculpture. There is a sign in front of the exhibit that reads "Do Not Touch" in three different languages, accompanied by a stern little icon of a hand with a red cross over it.

But some people just can’t resist. Ignoring the sign, someone casually reaches out and touches it, because why not...

You have seen it happen. Yet somehow, the message never seems to sink in.
